About the site

Brue Place is situated to the east of Huntspill Road in Highbridge and will consist of 86 homes. This will include 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, as well as a new play area and a new roundabout at the entrance of the site.

Our application includes for Outline Planning consent for a new primary school on the southern section of the site. This land will be gifted to Somerset County Council to allow them to proceed with the delivery of the school.

Planning

The application for 171 units was granted planning following the signing of the S106 agreement in April 2021.

Construction

The play area is expected to open in Summer 2025.
