About the Site
Our planning application on the site was approved in June 2022, and the site purchase completed in July 2024.
The site measures 7.04 hectares and is located to the south of Elizabeth Way on the northern fringe of Trowbridge. The site is bounded by hedgerows to the west and east, with the southern edge of the site defined by the existing urban area. The landscape character of the site is relatively open and offers views from the edge of Trowbridge to the village of Hilperton. Existing public footpaths run along the western edge and at the southern end of the hedgerow intersecting the land. The site is well connected to Trowbridge’s services and facilities.
