The site consists of 130 homes and the inclusion of 30% affordable housing.  It is situated off the A38 to the south of North Petherton, with access coming directly off Taunton Road. Located south of Bridgwater and a short drive away from Junction 24 of the M5, the site has excellent transport links.

Planning permission was granted in May 2021 and construction was completed in 2023.

• All work within our customers’ homes is now being completed as per our standard processes. Please continue to notify us should you become ill and wish to cancel your appointment. All appointments are booked through our office team, who will ensure all relevant information about the appointment  is captured and shared with you.
• Customer Care office hours are 09.00 to 17.00 and they can be contacted via email on bristol@newhomecare.co.uk . There is a current SLA of 3 days for a response.
