The site measures 10.45 hectares of agricultural land in northern Warminster, situated off of Westbury Road. There are good connections to Warminster town centre and railway station, Bath, Salisbury and Boreham Fields.

A planning application was submitted in 2021. The proposed scheme will deliver a varied mix of housing with up to 205 new homes including 30% affordable homes. These homes will be suitable for first time buyers, up and down sizers and families.
