A Reserved Matters planning application was consented in 2018 for the erection of 420 dwellings and community space as well as associated landscaping, public opens space, access, drainage and infrastructure.

Construction

The play area is now open

More areas of public open spaces have now opened up. These areas have all been prepped and seeded, with some of the grass taking and this may need to be re visited later in the year due to the current weather we are experiencing

Works to Phase 1 wearing course has been installed to the final roads with construction works moved away from this area

Works to Phase 2 wearing course has been installed to most of the roads within this area with the Main Spine Road wearing course to take place towards the end of the development

We have recently welcomed our first customers to the site on the second parcel of Phase 1, past our sales offices

With the spring season upon us, we would like to share the enclosed link for useful tips and advise on caring for your garden and home during the warmer seasons.

- All work within our customers’ homes is now being completed as per our standard processes. Please continue to notify us should you become ill and wish to cancel your appointment. All appointments are booked through our office team, who will ensure all relevant information about the appointment is captured and shared with you.
- Customer Care office hours are 09.00 to 17.00 and they can be contacted via email on bristol@newhomecare.co.uk . There is a current SLA of 3 days for a response.
- For emergencies during office hours, please email bristol@newhomecare.co.uk, clearly stating ‘EMERGENCY’ in the subject line or call the office number 01454 628000.
- For emergencies outside of normal office hours (between 5pm and 9am weekdays or during the weekend) please call 0345 601 6084. This line will not be operational during normal office hours.

- During periods of freezing temperatures, we recommend that customers isolate and drain any external taps to prevent issues caused by frozen pipework.
