About The Site

A planning application for the erection of 230 homes has been approved by the Council.

The site is located in northern Chippenham, adjacent to our previous scheme at Birds Marsh View.

Barratt Bristol purchased the site in November 2023 off of Robert Hitchins Ltd, which benefitted from an outline planning consent.

The scheme consists of 111 Barratt houses and 119 David Wilson houses, across a range of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom product.

Reserved Matters planning approved 16th May 2025.

Following planning approval, construction works have now commenced.
